Job summary

Parsons is seeking a PMC Project Manager for Buildings Projects to lead a team of professionals on major programs in the United States. You will work with the client to deliver projects within time, price, and quality targets, with project experience up to $100M in PMC delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and 15–20 years of experience, is fluent in English (Arabic preferred), and excels in writing and presentations, liaison with authorities, and coordinating

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering with minimum 15 years of experience; ideally 20 years.
• Proactive personality to resolve design and construction issues.
• Liaison with Authorities, Entities and Stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; Arabic preferred.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Project Manager in developing and managing assigned component projects.
• Assist in development of the scope of works, project plans, monitoring of the program, and cross-functional requirements.
• Monitor execution, budgets, invoices, project delivery, and coordination with stakeholders.
• Attend meetings with Consultants, Contractors, Authorities, Utilities Providers, and others.
• Provide innovative solutions to project issues affecting cost, time and quality.

Parsons is now hiring a PMC Project Manager for Buildings Projects who can lead a team of professionals.

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented PMC Project Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to work directly with the Client to deliver the Projects within the Time, Price and Quality. Candidates for these Projects should demonstrate some Projects (Buildings) experience of Projects up to $100m in a PMC Delivery capacity. Candidates for these Projects should demonstrate experience in a PMC capacity.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist the Senior Project Manager in developing and managing assigned component projects.
• Assist in development of the scope of works, preparation of the project plans establishment and monitoring of the project program, integration of requirements across all functions.
• Monitor the execution, budget invoices, project delivery, and co-ordination with all stakeholders.
• Attend meetings with Consultants, Contractors, Authorities, Utilities Providers, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Provide innovative solutions to project issues that may affect cost, time, and quality.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering with minimum of 15 years of experience, and ideally 20 years.
