Index Industries is building at the intersection of fintech and blockchain. We are seeking a PM/UX hybrid who can bridge on-chain complexity with a seamless user experience, owning the full product lifecycle—from discovery and wireframes to launch—within a lean, fast-moving startup.

You will own the roadmap for consumer and protocol surfaces, conduct user research, collaborate with design on wireframes, define success metrics, and work with engineering to ship features on tight cycles while

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, with at least 2 in blockchain/DeFi.
• Hands-on UX skills with wireframes and usability testing.
• Familiarity with wallets, smart contracts, and on-chain identity.
• Ability to work in a 0–1 startup environment and write clear PRDs.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap across consumer and protocol surfaces.
• Conduct user research and translate findings into requirements.
• Collaborate with design to produce wireframes and UX flows.
• Define and track success metrics with analytics tools.
• Work with engineering to scope, prioritize, and ship features.
• Embed KYC/KYB compliance into UX with minimal friction.
• Engage early users and partners to drive feedback loops.
