Responsibilities

• The Server Assistant is responsible for assisting the food server in serving guests.

• Provide a friendly, warm, and genuine environment.
• Maintain communication with serving staff and leadership.
• Assist with side work duties as needed.
• Support various Food and Beverage operations including restaurant service and banquet functions.
• Accept and fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.

The Server Assistant is responsible primarily for assisting the food server in serving the guests. This person must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight. This is a fast-paced position with continual customer contact.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift and carry a moderate amount of weight.

Ability to stand for long periods of time and be mobile for 90% or more of each shift.

Physical Demands:

Ability to stand for long periods of time (6-8 hours) a day.

Ability to lift 25lbs. bending to reach cabinets.
