Job summary

Vohra Wound Physicians is seeking a Physical Medicine and Rehab (PM&R) physician to join a national wound group. The role emphasizes bedside wound care in post-acute facilities with no nights, no calls, and no weekend responsibilities, offering autonomy and balance.

The position supports full-time or part-time schedules, and involves visiting facilities within a 40–60 mile radius, delivering care across 20–30 patients daily, with real-time documentation and ongoing training including a wound

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state of practice.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.
• Willingness to perform bedside wound care in post-acute facilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bedside wound care in Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals.
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
• Visit 2-3 facilities per day, treating approximately 20-30 patients per day.
• Document care in real-time using proprietary wound-specific EMR.
• Participate in paid training and wound care fellowship during onboarding.
