Qualifications

• Must graduate from a nursing program recognized by ACEN/CCNE/NLN CNEA.
• One year of RN experience required.
• All entry-level ADN RN starting after 1 April 2020 must show BSN completion within five years.
• Must work with a diverse group and function independently with strong critical thinking.
• Competent computer and keyboarding skills; experience with EMR systems preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; teamwork and leadership expected.
• Internal applicants: attach three most recent performance appraisals.
• Current RN license by state requirements.
• BLS required; various cert options acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and indirect patient care, including assessment, education, and in-office procedures.
• Coordinate nursing care across settings; lead and mentor; participate in quality improvement.
• Delegate tasks according to skill, patient acuity, and resources.
• May require driving own vehicle for job responsibilities.
