Responsibilities

• Develop and implement treatment plans to improve function.
• Recommend procedures such as disc decompression, prolotherapy, and vertebroplasty.
• Lead a team including therapists to optimize patient care.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Counsel patients and families on lifestyle changes.
• Support long-term care and ongoing research to improve treatments.
