Qualifications

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of ACGME-accredited residency program in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
• Valid medical license in Arizona required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement treatment plans.
• Conduct patient assessments and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Monitor patient progress and ensure accurate documentation.
