Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd. seeks a Pain Management/PM&R physician for a full-time ASC in Sunrise Manor, NV. You will evaluate patients, plan interventional care, and perform procedures in a high-volume ambulatory setting. Strong clinical judgment and communication are essential.

Salary is $600,000 per year plus a revenue sharing plan. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with comprehensive benefits and residency-trained qualification requirements.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required
• Active Nevada medical license or eligibility
• Board certification in PM&R or Pain Management
• Residency completion in a relevant specialty
• Clinical experience in pain management and interventional care
• Eligibility for ASC credentialing and procedural privileges
• Strong clinical assessment and patient communication skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with acute or chronic pain.
• Review medical histories, imaging studies, and prior treatments.
• Determine interventional procedures are clinically appropriate.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient condition and goals.
• Perform procedures within approved clinical privileges.
• Explain treatment recommendations, outcomes, and risks.
• Evaluate patient progress and treatment effectiveness.
• Document assessments, procedures, and follow-up care.
