Job summary

Medley Health is seeking a compassionate and motivated Nurse Practitioner with PM&R experience to join our post-acute care team on a part-time basis across Pennsylvania facilities. This role offers schedule flexibility with no nights or weekends.

You will provide on-site physiatry and pain management services, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and help patients regain function and improve quality of life in skilled nursing and rehab centers.

Qualifications

• NP board certification (ANCC/AANP) required.
• Active Pennsylvania NP license required.
• PM&R, physiatry, or pain management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physiatry consultations and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and clinical teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Manage rehabilitation, pain management, and functional restoration plans.
• Provide guidance on patient care and progress to interdisciplinary teams.
