Job summary

The Campbell's Company is seeking a Production Helper / Utility Helper to support dough creation, processing, and packaging in a fast-paced plant environment. You will rotate through puff pastry, toast/loaf and layer cake areas, ensuring quality and adhering to safety protocols.

This role requires a High School Diploma or GED, manufacturing experience preferred, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. PPE and safety rules are mandatory in this facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; equivalent education/experience considered.
• Manufacturing experience preferred to handle production lines.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and work around moving equipment may be required.
• Follow all PPE, safety rules and plant procedures.

Responsibilities

• Work in puff pastry, toast/loaf, and layer cake areas; be trained in all three.
• Rotate through areas according to schedule to meet production needs.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and comply with PPE requirements.
