Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of management experience.
• RN license valid in Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring quality nursing care to residents/patients.
• Ensure nursing department is adequately staffed to provide quality care.
• Provide in-service/staff development programs in line with regulations.
• Offer clinical expertise to support nursing processes in patient care.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary environment for patients and staff.
• Exercise supervision over nursing personnel as directed by DON.
• Support the nursing process in patient interventions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.
