Highgate Hotels in Fort Worth is seeking a Cook to prepare food items for Restaurants, Room Service, Employee Cafeteria and Banquets, following standardized recipes and maintaining high quality and safety standards. You will manage kitchen cleanliness, assist with preparation, display buffet items, and ensure timely service during all shifts.
Familiarity with hot station cooking and standard hotel recipes is required; ability to stand long hours and lift up to 50 pounds.

The Cook is responsible for preparing all food items, based on standardized recipes, for the Restaurants, Room Service, Employee Cafeteria and Banquets, while maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product. He/she is also responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation and safety in the kitchen and work areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio.
