Job summary

Agua Caliente Casinos in Rancho Mirage, CA, seeks a Laundry Attendant to maintain a constant supply of clean linens for the hotel and property. You will operate washers, dryers and related equipment, process towels, robes and bedding, and ensure items are sorted, folded and stored properly.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting heavy items, and keeping inventory and supplies up to date while following all safety procedures and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Perform all stages of linen processing, including collecting, transporting, sorting, loading and unloading (washers, dryers and chutes), ironing when required, folding, storing and delivering
• Sorting all linens and treat stains
• Must be able to lift washed items on a consistent basis
• Tracking of items being washed and areas in which they belong
• Inventory of laundered items
• Keeping an updated inventory of laundry supplies such as detergent, softener, etc.
• Tracking Maintenance and repairs of equipment
• Perform additional laundry services when necessary
• Must adhere to all Tribal Ordinance, Regulations, and the ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures.

Job Description Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)
