Job summary

Total Facility Care is seeking a Part-Time Janitor for the PM shift in Loveland, CO. You will perform daily cleaning tasks, operate cleaning equipment, and ensure facilities are safe and well-maintained.

This role requires the ability to lift up to 40 lbs, stand or walk for extended periods, and work independently with minimal supervision. Responsibilities include vacuuming, mopping, restroom upkeep, trash removal, and reporting repairs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic math skills required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify) required.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained.
• Safely operate cleaning equipment (e.g., backpack vacuum).
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean and stock restrooms.
• Notify supervisors of major repairs or safety issues.
• Collect and dispose of trash and maintain supplies.
