Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supports Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities.
• Visits job sites before, during, and after installations to observe progress and verify quality.
• Assists with project tracking, status updates, documentation, and reporting.
• Gathering, analyzing, and organizing data to support departmental projects and reports.
• Reviews installation orders, schedules, and resource requirements to support on-time completion.
• Monitors milestones, identifies risks or delays, and communicates issues to the team.
• Participates in project meetings with operations, sales, engineering, and field personnel.
