Job summary

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking a Project Manager II for specialty concrete infrastructure and prestressed tank construction projects in North Florida. This mid-to-senior level role leads multiple active construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule adherence, and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in construction management or related field.
• 3+ years of Project Management experience or equivalent construction leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specs, and contract documents.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and insurability.

Responsibilities

• Develop full understanding of contract documents including drawings, specifications, and addenda.
• Ensure project execution aligns with safety, quality, scope, and schedule requirements.
• Prepare and manage project startup packages including budgets, job cost setup, and execution planning.
• Develop and maintain CPM schedules, including updates, revisions, and look-ahead planning.
• Coordinate with drafting teams on shop drawings, formwork drawings, and construction detailing.
• Review shop drawings for compliance with contract requirements and specifications.
• Manage submittal processes with subcontractors and purchasing to ensure timely approvals.
• Prepare, transmit, and track all submittal packages throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review bills of materials, purchase orders, and work orders for procurement approval.
• Conduct site visits during mobilization and active construction phases as required.
