MasterCorp, Inc. is hiring a Houseperson/Runner to support Supervisors and Housekeepers in delivering clean, comfortable rooms for guests. The role requires physical stamina, reliability, and a sense of urgency to turn units on time.

Shift starts at 3pm, 2-3 nights per week. Immediate hire for full-time or part-time positions with paid training and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, dental, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Must have basic reading and math skills.
• Friendly, enthusiastic and reliable hospitality performer.

Responsibilities

• Stock and maintain cleanliness and organization of storage closets.
• Assist in stripping units of soiled linens and remove trash.
• Deliver linen and supply bags to units and replenish as directed.
• Walk all assigned floors to ensure they are clean and ready.
• Report maintenance issues per company policy.
• Create strong, positive guest relations and assist guests as needed.

A Houseperson must ensure he or she follows the company mission statement and values.Essential Functions:Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Maintain a high standard of excellence.Stock and maintain cleanliness and organization of storage closets.Assist in stripping units of soiled linens as directed.Remove soiled linens and trash from units.Make linen and supply bags as directed.Deliver linen and supply bags to units.Walk all assigned buildings or floors to ensure all are free of linen, trash or equipment.Report unit maintenance issues as per company procedure.Report lost and found items to Executive Housekeeper.Move furniture as directed.Ensure a safe working environment at each site and office.Willing and able to perform all duties related to site operation as directed by the Executive Housekeeper.Maintain a sense of urgency so that units are turned on time.Personal timeliness.
