Job summary

Embassy Suites - Louisville - Downtown in Louisville, KY is seeking a PM Housekeeping Public Space Attendant. You will clean and stock assigned public areas to meet established cleanliness and quality standards, check carts, and respond promptly to guest requests and other departments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean and stock assigned rooms/suitepublic areas to meet established cleanliness and quality standards.
• Check, stock and transport supply cart; conduct visual inspection of all public spaces.
• Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments.
• Fill cart with supplies and transport cart to assigned area.
• Enter guest rooms following procedures for gaining access and vacancy before entering.
• Replace guest amenities and supplies in public restrooms.
• Follow company safety policies; report maintenance problems, safety hazards, injuries; complete safety training.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to standards; anticipate guests' service needs; assist individuals with disabilities.

Requirements

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or an equivalent combination of training, education and experience
• Experience in Hotel/Motel Housekeeping preferred
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
