Job summary

Great Western Dining Service at ASU - Beebe is seeking a skilled Grill Cook to prepare delicious meals. You will cook dishes that will delight our customers with their taste and timely delivery.

The role requires following instructions in cooking and delivering well-prepared meals, moving around the kitchen, and multitasking. Full Time: Mon–Fri 3:00 pm to 7:30 pm, Sun 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a grill cook.
• Knowledge of various procedures and methods.
• Ability to follow sanitation procedures.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Very good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment.
• Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.).
• Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served.
• Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen.
• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly.

Looking for a skilled Grill Cook to prepare delicious meals. You will cook dishes that will delight our customers with their taste and timely delivery. An excellent grill cook must be able to follow instructions in cooking and delivering well-prepared meals. They must be deft in moving around the kitchen and apt in multi-tasking. Experience in using various ingredients and cooking techniques is important.

Full Time, Mon - Fri 3:00 pm to 7:30 pm, Sun 3 pm - 7 pm

Responsibilities:

• Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
