Job summary

Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions is seeking a PM Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all evening operations across our hotel’s food and beverage outlets, ensuring guest satisfaction and brand standards.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing service flow, and upholding safety and quality while coordinating with culinary teams for timely delivery and accurate service during peak dining hours.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of food and beverage supervisory or management experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and basic financial reporting.
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and local health regulations.
