Benedictine Living is seeking a Culinary Services Aide in our Duluth location to serve residents and create an engaging dining experience that respects individual preferences. You will participate in meal service, uphold safety guidelines, and contribute to a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

The role requires food service experience and a genuine interest in serving seniors. Training is provided as part of a supportive team focused on compassionate care and community values.

Qualifications

• Food service experience preferred.
• Enjoys working with senior populations.

Responsibilities

• Provides a welcoming atmosphere in dining areas for residents.
• Adheres to food safety and dietary guidelines based on residents’ needs.
• Operates, cleans and sanitizes kitchen and cafeteria equipment, and performs general cleaning and dishwashing.
• Actively participates in culinary trainings.
