Job summary

FedEx Corporation is seeking a courier in Cordova, TN to operate company vehicles, deliver and pick up packages, and ensure shipments meet FedEx service standards. You will cover routes within the station's service area and provide related customer service functions.

The role requires at least a high school diploma/GED, up to 50 lbs lifting capability, and a valid driver's license with a good driving record. Expect a variable schedule, including Monday–Saturday PM shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Six months courier experience preferred.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs and maneuver heavier packages with equipment or assistance.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must read and speak English sufficiently to understand traffic signs and respond to inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver and pick up packages.
• Check shipments for conformance to FedEx service features.
• Provide coverage for all assigned routes within the station's service area.
• Provide related customer service functions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
