Job summary

SanStone Health & Rehabilitation is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on the PM shift to join our team of dedicated health care professionals in North Carolina. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time positions, and applicants must have current nursing aide certification in North Carolina.

Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, CNAs will provide person-centered care, assist with activities of daily living, take vital signs and collaborate with RN/LPN to ensure safe,

Qualifications

• Must have current nursing aide certification in North Carolina.
• Provide person-centered care to each resident based on their care plan.
• Possess good communication skills to interact with residents, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist residents with activities of daily living
• Serve meals to residents and assist with feeding as needed
• Provide person-centered care to each resident based on their care plan
• Take and record vital signs
• Perform patient care as directed by RN/LPN in a safe manner according to policy and procedure
• Respond directly to patient requests and appropriately communicate the patient's needs
• Assist in properly transferring residents
• Document records of care for every assigned resident each shift
• Assure the cleanliness and dignity of each resident
• Possess good communication skills to interact with residents, their loved ones, and other staff members
