Job summary

Rabble HK LLC in New York, NY 10036 is seeking a part-time Host to warmly welcome guests, manage reservations, and seat parties in a fast-paced environment. You will provide accurate wait times and upsell offerings, while maintaining a clean and organized host stand throughout shifts.

The ideal candidate has prior host/hospitality experience, can stand for long periods, and is flexible to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Health benefits are included for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Previous host/hospitality experience in a high-volume restaurant/lounge.
• Must be able to stand, lift and bend for extended periods of time.
• Role may include job duties or tasks requiring repetitive motion.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a gracious, accommodating manner.
• Manage reservations and provide accurate wait times.
• Upsell specials and inform guests about offerings.
• Set up the host stand and review the reservation book.
• Answer guest questions and confirm reservations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host area.
