Job summary

Concord Hospitality is seeking a positive and service-oriented Restaurant Attendant / Busser to help create memorable dining experiences. This role requires flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Greet guests courteously, serve beverages and light foods, and maintain clean front-of-house areas while supporting stock, service stations, and Condiments. Previous bartender experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bartender experience preferred, but not required.
• Positive, upbeat, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, physical environment.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain a clean and well stocked front of house area.

Maintain stock and cleanliness of service stations, including silverware, linens, and condiments.

Greet guests courteously and serve beverages and light foods.

Transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area for proper cleaning.

Create a positive experience for guests of the hotel.

• PM shift runs 4PM until 11PM or 12AM.
• Availability open for full or part time. Full time is 30 hours or more.
