Job summary

Hilton DFW Lakes is seeking an experienced Barista to join our team in Grapevine, Texas. The role requires prior Barista experience in a coffee shop or restaurant serving food and drinks, with a strong focus on guest service.

Shifts are PM, 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM, on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, vacation and sick pay, 401(k) matching, and free employee meals across Hilton brands.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Barista in a coffee shop/restaurant serving food and drinks.
• Must have customer service skills and be committed to providing excellent service to our guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food and beverages.
• Clean all equipment and maintain workstation.
• Requisition supplies as needed.
• Operate POS system and present checks for payment.
• Make specialty coffees such as lattes, mochas, and iced coffee.
• Stock gift shop and complete closing duties.
