Overview

We are seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join our Plywood Production team. Our entry-level positions include various job duties that enable new hires to understand our product offerings and learn proper handling techniques associated with those products.

Schedule

Our plywood facility runs four shifts.

• Days: Tuesday-Saturday, 7AM-3PM; Sunday and Monday off
• Swing: Monday-Friday, 3-11PM; Saturday & Sunday off
• Graveyard: Friday-Tuesday, 11PM-7AM; Wednesday & Thursday off
• Relief: Monday - Day Shift, Wednesday & Thursday - Graveyard Shift, Saturday & Sunday - Swing Shift; Tuesday & Friday off

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Accurately identify, grade, remove, & neatly stack veneer based on size and quality as it travels down a conveyor.
• Maintain a steady supply of materials, feeding dryers with veneer to maximum capacity, preventing and removing any plug-ups that may occur.
• Perform general cleanup duties around the production area, ensuring the workspace is clean and maintained for safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with your team to meet daily production goals and ensure smooth operations.
• Must be able to work any shift (day, swing, graveyard, or relief) as needed in the department.
• Demonstrate strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all tasks.
