Job summary

Georgia-Pacific is seeking Production Operators for our plywood mill in Corrigan, TX. You will learn to operate machinery, maintain a safe and clean environment, and work with a team to meet daily production goals.

Starting pay is $20 per hour with a $1.50 night-shift differential. Candidates with a few months of work history and a willingness to learn will fit well in a hands-on, high-volume manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• At least three (3) months of previous work history.
• At least six (6) months of previous work experience in a manufacturing, military, industrial, farming, agriculture, landscaping, carpentry, mechanical, or construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively to help achieve the plywood productivity standards set for each day.
• Maintain a safe and clean facility removing dust and debris from work areas.
• Learn to safely operate plywood machinery.
• Assist crew members and work in a team environment.
