Job summary

Lane Bryant in Indianapolis, IN seeks a part-time Associate to create a hospitable store environment and deliver outstanding customer engagement, using apparel knowledge to represent the brand.

The role requires strong sales or hospitality experience, flexible scheduling including nights/weekends/holidays, and proficient use of mobile technology (Registers/iPad) to engage customers. Expect some heavy lifting and fixture adjustments as part of store operations.

Qualifications

• Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient and confident utilizing mobile technology (e.g. Registers and iPad) to engage with customers.
