Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient using mobile technology (e.g. Registers and iPad) to engage with customers.

Responsibilities

• Sales and Service: Identify customer needs and wants with curiosity and confidence through intentional conversation. Share and represent current products, fit and fashion trends to wardrobe customers and build trust.
• Operations: Support operational energy as needed; plan and prioritize tasks to meet customer and business needs; protect company assets and maintain a safe work environment; follow policies and employment laws.
