Job summary

Lane Bryant Buffalo is seeking a Sales Lead to create an engaging environment for associates and customers. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to execute daily action plans and coach the team to deliver exceptional shopping experiences.

Your leadership will help ensure smooth operations, a well-presented store, and motivated associates. With your retail knowledge, you may step into the Manager role when needed and help guide the team to success in a brand that empowers customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail experience required or preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Passion for styling and working with people.
• Flexible availability – evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Proficient with technology and store systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their needs to support shopping experiences.
• Share knowledge of products to outfit and inspire customers.
• Empower teams to exceed customer expectations through the selling model.
• Help store leaders execute daily operational action plans.
• Motivate and coach associates to recognize and improve performance.
• Support onboarding of new associates and store priorities.
