Job summary

Lane Bryant is seeking a Store Associate in Canton, OH to create a warm, welcoming shopping environment while engaging customers and driving sales. This role emphasizes fashion knowledge, customer relationships, and delivering the Lane Bryant brand experience in a busy retail setting.

You will assist customers, demonstrate product trends, and ensure store standards, safety, and compliance with all policies. A flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient and confident using mobile technology (e.g. Registers and iPad) to engage with customers.
• Physical ability to lift and move merchandise up to 50 pounds with assistance when needed.
