Lane Bryant in Capitol Heights, MD is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to create a hospitable store environment through friendly, informed service, helping customers find the right fit and wardrobe.

You will engage with shoppers using mobile tools, maintain store standards, assist with inventory and merchandising, and contribute to achieving store goals while working a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong sales or hospitality experience with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient with mobile technology (Registers and iPad) to engage with customers.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25–50 pounds and climb a 12-foot ladder when needed.
