Qualifications

• Strong sales or hospitality experience with track record of meeting performance standards.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with mobile technology such as registers and iPad to engage customers.
• Physical tasks include moving fixtures and merchandise up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Climb ladder up to 12 feet occasionally to replace bulbs or signage.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs through conversation and curiosity.
• Use brand resources to reinforce the Lane Bryant experience and build relationships.
• Share and represent current products and fashion trends to wardrobe customers.
• Support store operations and plan priorities to meet customer needs.
• Protect assets and follow all policies and employment laws.
