Job summary

Lane Bryant is seeking a part-time Associate to create a hospitable store environment and drive customer engagement in Rockwall, TX. You’ll contribute to meeting store goals by understanding customer needs, showcasing current products, and delivering a confident brand experience.

The role requires flexible availability, strong communication, and the ability to move/adjust store fixtures and merchandise when needed.

Qualifications

• Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient and confident utilizing mobile technology (e.g. Registers and iPad) to engage with customers.

Responsibilities
