Qualifications

• Strong sales or hospitality experience with ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient and confident using mobile tech (Registers and iPad) to engage with customers.
• Lifts/moves merchandise up to 25 pounds; may lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Able to retrieve merchandise from above shoulder level and use ladders up to 12 feet when needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs with curiosity and confidence through conversation to build trust and wardrobe recommendations.
• Reinforce the brand experience by showcasing current products, fits, and fashion trends.
• Support store operations, prioritize tasks, protect assets, and comply with policies and employment laws.
