Lane Bryant Memphis is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to create a warm, engaging store environment and drive customer satisfaction. You will identify customer needs, share fashion trends, and represent the brand through excellent service.

Qualifications

• Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient and confident utilizing mobile technology to engage with customers.
• Lift or move merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds with assistance as needed.
