Job summary

Elim Park seeks a skilled maintenance plumber to perform plumbing installations and repairs across residential units. Responsibilities include replacing fixtures, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with trades to complete projects in a timely and safe manner.

Responsibilities

• Replace faucets, sinks, toilets, showers and add relocate appliances in apartments.

• Coordinate with vendors and other trades on projects.
• Respond to maintenance issues and emergencies; participate in on-call rotation.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on equipment and systems.
• Install and service appliances as needed; ensure safety and cleanliness of work areas.
