Job summary

The candidate will operate in a dynamic environment, handling installations, maintenance, and customer interactions while contributing to team knowledge and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial service plumbing.
• Ability to work independently.
• Creative, long-term problem solving.
• Knowledge of plumbing industry regulations.
• Proficient with hand and power plumbing tools.
• Strong customer service and phone etiquette.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Able to multitask in fast-paced environments.
• Pro-active, organized, detail oriented.
• Valid, clean driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide solutions to all commercial plumbing and drain issues.
• Install, repair, and maintain pipes including joints, valves, drains and pumps.
• Install new plumbing fixtures (sinks, toilets, urinals, faucets, water heaters, sump pumps).
• Respond to problems and provide cost estimates.
• Review blueprints and building codes to determine procedures.
• Perform preventive maintenance as required.
• Support customer service with vendor/customer escalations.
• Collaborate with service team and suppliers for materials and pricing.
• Educate and train sales/service teams on plumbing knowledge.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide solutions to all commercial plumbing and drain issues
• Installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes including joints, valves, drains and pumps
• Installing of new plumbing fixtures, including sinks, toilets, urinals, faucets, water heaters, sump pumps, etc.
• Respond and troubleshoot problems and provide cost estimates
• Review blueprints and building codes to determine appropriate work procedures
• Perform preventive maintenance as required
• Support customer service team with vendor and/or customer escalations
• Collaborate with service team and supply houses for materials and pricing
• Educate and train the sales and service team to better their plumbing knowledge

Job Qualifications

• 5+ Years of experience in commercial service plumbing
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to think outside of the box for long-term solutions
• Knowledge of regulations within the plumbing industry
• Ability to properly use hand and power plumbing tools
• Demonstrated customer service skills; excellent phone etiquette a must
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Pro-active, organized & detail oriented
• Valid and clean Driver’s License is a must
