Qualifications

• 4+ years of Industry experience.
• 2+ years of Residential Plumbing Service experience.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English fluently.
• Valid driver's license.
• Basic skills in field service management software (Jobber, Service Titan, Feildpulse).
• Solid troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and install plumbing systems while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Diagnose complex system issues and provide tailored solutions.
• Lead a workflow from home with dispatch-to-job-site logistics.
• Keep the truck stocked and educate customers on pricing and services.

Being a licensed plumber is preferred, but not required. Take your plumbing career to the next level with us. If you have an apprentice card with 4 years in the industry and at least 2+ years experience of RESIDENTIAL SERVICE PLUMBING, We'd love to recruit you and offer payment for the journeyman's exam or send you to get more qualifications you are interested in!

YOUR SCHEDULE

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with overtime available.

YOUR DAY

As our Plumbing Technician, you'll start your day from home, dispatched to job sites without the need to report to a central office except for a weekly meeting. You'll troubleshoot, repair, and install plumbing systems while delivering exceptional customer service. Whether you're diagnosing complex system issues, offering tailored solutions, or leaving a workspace cleaner than you found it, your work will directly reflect the professionalism and quality we're known for.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid driver's license and a reliable form of transportation
• 4+ years of Industry experience.
• 2+ years of Residential Plumbing Service experience.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English fluently
• basic skills in field service management software. ie Jobber, Service Titan, Feildpulse
• Solid troubleshooting and customer service skills

Where looking for an A PLAYER will be proficient in sales, Knows the importance of keeping their truck stocked, comfortable with pricing and educating customers, possession of personal tools, and a familiarity with various industry tools are preferred.
