SolveNow Inc. is seeking a Plumbing Design Manager to lead a team of designers and engineers in pharmaceutical projects. You will oversee design assignments, ensure technical accuracy, and drive standardization and innovative workflows.

The role emphasizes leadership, deep plumbing knowledge, and proficiency with design tools like Revit and AutoCAD. Hybrid work setup nationwide and opportunities to shape project outcomes.

Formación

• 15+ years of experience in an MEP design environment.
• CPD certification preferred.
• Knowledge of all aspects of plumbing systems.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD or other plumbing software.
• Ability to solve problems, communicate effectively, manage time and produce correct designs within budgeted time.

• Manage and supervise a team of approximately 8 Plumbing Designers and Engineers.
• Perform plumbing design assignments for large pharmaceutical projects.
• Provide technical reviews of plumbing teams' work and deliverables.

Here\'s What You\'ll Need:

• Technical or Associate Degree from an accredited technical institution or college in plumbing/mechanical preferred; or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree
• At least 15 years of experience in a MEP Design Environment
• Certified Plumbing Designer (CPD) preferred
• Knowledge of all aspects of plumbing systems
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD or other plumbing software
• A demonstrated ability to solve problems, communicate effectively to all key personnel, manage time efficiently, and produce correct designs within budgeted time

Ideally, you\'ll also have:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, but not required
• Pharmaceutical Industrial design experience
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas

• This role is staffed out of our Cincinnati, OH, Indianapolis, IN, Conshohocken, PA, or Cary, NC, office as a hybrid position with approximately 3 days per week in the office on average as needed for projects.
