The role requires ownership of tools, licensure preference, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a No Excuses attitude.

Qualifications

• Master or Journeyman license preferred; required in practice.
• 5 years of new construction plumbing experience.
• Minimum 2 years supervising plumbing projects.
• Own hand tools.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside and provide support to plumbing crew to perform job duties.
• Develop and implement lean processes for the company.
• Coach, train, and mentor team members to ensure high quality service.
• Proactive customer relations, including mitigating damages and resolving concerns.
• Ensure all plumbers receive required education and training to perform their jobs and grow.
• Allocate resources and materials to meet project deadlines.
• Use resources efficiently (time, tools, materials, equipment).
• Promote continuous improvement of workplace safety.

Reports To:

The Plumbing Supervisor will report to the Division Leader of Chesapeake Plumbing & Heating, Inc.

Job Overview:

The Plumbing Supervisor will work alongside and provide support ad direction to plumbing mechanics and helpers to complete projects.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Work alongside and provide support to plumbing crew to perform job duties
