Job summary

Rise Technical is seeking a superintendent or plumbing foreman to lead large-scale commercial plumbing projects across the Carolinas, traveling between sites as the on-site lead and decision-maker.

You will mentor crews of 20+ tradespeople, ensure safety and quality, and collaborate with clients and project managers to keep projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience as a superintendent or plumbing foreman on large commercial projects.
• Willingness to travel between NC and SC sites.
• Lead teams of 20+ tradespeople on site.
• Strong safety and quality standards on all works.
• Ability to liaise with clients and project managers.

Responsibilities
