Tipping Hat is seeking a Plumbing Service Technician to join our Denver-based team. Schedule: Sunday-Thursday. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellent customer service are essential.

Responsabilités

• Describes diagnosed problems and presents solutions to customers.
• Explains features/benefits of solutions and obtains agreement before work.
• Diagnose plumbing issues quickly and thoroughly.
• Present multiple repair or replacement options using established processes.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners throughout service.
• Install and repair water heaters, faucets, toilets, tubs, sinks, disposals, gas lines, piping systems.
