Job summary

Precision Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric in Louisville, CO is hiring a Plumbing Service Technician to diagnose and repair leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures. You will work independently, provide clear information to customers, and help maintain high standards of safety and quality.

No experience required, paid training provided, and opportunities for advancement through licensing support. Position includes on-site fieldwork with up to 25% travel and a compensation range of $60k–$120k with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of plumbing service experience preferred.
• Journeyman plumbing license or state-required certification strongly preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems, diagnostics, and repair.
• Proficiency with ServiceTitan or similar service management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, fixture replacements, pipe repairs, and water heater installations
• Perform inspections and preventive maintenance, testing water pressure, drainage, and system performance
• Document work performed, materials used, and recommendations, and ensure all work complies with plumbing codes, OSHA regulations, and company standards
• Provide clear, professional communication to customers about diagnoses, repairs, and options, educating them on preventive maintenance and upgrade opportunities
• Collect payments and maintain your truck inventory
• Collaborate with dispatch, service managers, and team members, supporting the training and mentoring of apprentices and technicians
• Maintain your tools, equipment, and vehicle in safe, clean, working condition
