Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a plumber, focused on residential service.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, including soldering and fixture replacements.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain & repair plumbing systems including pipes and fixtures.
• Diagnose & troubleshoot plumbing issues.
• Install and replace faucets, toilets, and water lines.
• Repair and replace water heaters.
• Identify and resolve leaks in plumbing systems.
• Perform drain cleaning and minor sewer line repairs.
• Communicate issues and maintenance recommendations to customers.

$$ Sign-On Bonus up to $2k based on Experience $$

Alternative schedules available:

• Four 10 hour shifts a week
• Tuesday - Saturday
• Wednesday - Sunday
• 11am - 8pm, 12pm - 9pm
• Nights & Weekends, etc.

Job Responsibilities:

• Install, Maintain & Repair Plumbing Systems– Perform residential plumbing installations, service, and repairs, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and sump pumps.
• Diagnose & Troubleshoot Issues– Accurately identify plumbing problems and recommend effective solutions to homeowners.
• Fixture & Pipe Replacements– Install and replace faucets, toilets, water lines, valves, and other plumbing components.
• Water Heater Services– Repair and replace traditional and tankless water heaters.
• Leak Detection & Repair– Identify and resolve leaks in residential plumbing systems.
• Sewer & Drain Services– Perform drain cleaning and minor sewer line repairs.
• Customer Communication– Clearly explain issues, solutions, and maintenance recommendations in a professional manner.
• Service Documentation– Maintain accurate work orders and records using Service Titan or similar trade software.
• Code Compliance & Safety– Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes, regulations, and company safety policies.
• Work Independently & Adapt– Manage tasks efficiently with minimal supervision and flexibility for overtime or weekends as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience– 3+ years of experience as a plumber, with a focus on residential service.
• Certification– Plumbing certification or equivalent technical/trade school experience preferred.
• Technical Expertise– Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, including soldering and fixture replacements.
• Service Software Skills– Experience with Service Titan or similar software is a plus.
• Customer-Focused Mindset– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to enhance the customer experience.
• Attention to Detail– Ability to perform accurate work while adhering to plumbing codes and regulations.
• Driver’s License– Valid license with a clean driving record.
