Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a service plumber or plumbing apprentice.
• Must be 21 or older.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Knowledge of plumbing systems.
• ServiceTitan knowledge a plus.
• Good communication and listening skills.
• Good work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems.
• Work closely with customers to determine the best plumbing solutions.
• Install, repair, and replace plumbing, drains, and fixtures.
• Charge and collect payments for work performed according to company policies.
• Document work performed in ServiceTitan with photos and job descriptions.
• Maintain service vehicle and present a professional appearance.
• Provide excellent customer service and educate homeowners on system maintenance.
