Job summary

Dave Jones, LLC is hiring a Plumbing Service Technician to deliver top-tier plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance for commercial and residential projects in Southern Wisconsin. You will diagnose issues, provide efficient solutions, and ensure customer safety and satisfaction.

The role requires a valid plumbing license or certification, at least 3 years of experience, and solid knowledge of plumbing codes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Plumbing License or Certification required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in plumbing service work.
• Strong understanding of plumbing codes and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Lift above 50 lbs regularly.
• Physical requirements include walking, lifting, twisting, climbing ladders for most of the day.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Install plumbing systems and components according to specifications and codes.
• Respond to service calls and complete jobs efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with customers regarding services rendered and any recommendations.
• Keep accurate records of service performed and recommendations.
• Comply with safety standards and regulations while performing plumbing services.
• Promote Dave Jones culture and uphold safety requirements.
