Job description

Yellowstone Local is proud to represent Chesco Plumbing, an industry leader in residential plumbing services in southeastern Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $35 - $40 per hour based on experience.
• Performance-based commission structure with uncapped earning potential; commission paid at 10% of completed and collected revenue after weekly revenue thresholds are met.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM; overtime paid at 1.5x base pay for hours beyond 4:00 PM.
• Typical workweeks range from 41–50 hours.
• No weekends, holidays, or emergency/on‑call expectations by default.
• Take‑home company vehicle, gas card, and tools provided.

Your New Role

Located in Kennett Square, PA, and serving West Chester, Exton, Chadds Ford, Downingtown, Kennett Square, Landenberg, Avondale, and West Grove, you’ll:

• Independently run residential plumbing service calls from start to finish.
• Diagnose plumbing issues accurately and provide homeowners with clear repair options.
• Perform same‑day plumbing repairs and service whenever possible.
• Communicate professionally and build trust with customers.
• Collect payment before leaving completed jobs.
• Minimize callbacks through quality workmanship and attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service truck.
• Properly document calls, invoices, and customer information using ServiceTitan.
• Represent Chesco Plumbing professionally in appearance, attitude, and workmanship.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every interaction.

Hiring Expectations

• 3+ years of residential plumbing service experience required.
• Ability to independently manage plumbing service calls from start to finish.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience in presenting repair and replacement options to homeowners.
• Professional customer communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Experience using ServiceTitan or similar field service software preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

• Ability to maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.
• Ability to lift equipment, work in tight spaces, and perform physical plumbing tasks as required.
