Job summary

Black Diamond Experts is seeking a Plumbing Maintenance Technician to perform scheduled maintenance and inspections on residential and commercial plumbing systems. You will identify minor issues, document findings, and provide clear repair recommendations to customers.

You'll build familiarity with each customer's system, educate them on best practices, and coordinate with the team to ensure timely, quality service. This role requires travel to sites and a strong focus on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Plumbing trade school or technical training preferred.
• Journeyman license or state certification preferred.
• 2+ years of plumbing maintenance experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance on plumbing systems and components.
• Inspect water heaters, piping, drains, and fixtures for issues.
• Identify and troubleshoot minor plumbing problems.
• Document service details, parts used, and time spent.
• Educate customers on system condition and repair options.
• Coordinate with dispatch and other technicians for scheduling.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good condition.

As a Plumbing Maintenance Technician, you'll perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, andminor repairs on plumbing systems, catching small issues with water heaters, piping, and fixtures before they turn into bigger problems.
